消息称郭台铭拟年底前裁员5至7万人

台湾首富郭台铭的一句话将使得7万内地员工面临失业的危险境地。昨日有消息称，鸿海集团董事长郭台铭明确表示：“如果全球经济进一步恶化，鸿海集团可能会在今年年底前裁员10%-15%。”
One word from Terry Guo is going to cause around 70,000 employees from China facing unemployment risk. Foxconn CEO Terry Guo had officially announced: “If world wide economy continues worsen, Foxconn will have a massive of 10% ~ 15% laid off before end of the year.”
　　若以收入计算，鸿海是全球最大的电子产品代工企业，在内地雇员达50万之巨。按裁员10%-15%计算，将有5万到7万内地员工面临失业的危险。分析认为，实际情况可能比这还要严重。其实，除鸿海外，近期，包括eBay、雅虎、惠普等全球大型科技企业纷纷宣布大规模裁员。全球经济陷入衰退期，科技界从上游制造到下游服务都忙于“瘦身”。

对于郭台铭来说，裁员似乎实属无奈之举。在刚刚公布的今年上半年财报中显示，由于全球经济增长减速抑制了电脑和手机等产品的需求，鸿海季度利润7年来首次出现下滑。
From latest financial report shows, due to world wide economic gain speed had restrain computing, mobile etc. demand, Foxconn’s profit is showing a decreasing for the first time in 7 years.
根据鸿海发布的中报数据计算，鸿海第二季度的净利润只有3.78亿美元，和去年第二季度的净利润4.96亿美元相比，同比大幅减少了24%。而3.78亿美元的利润，相比市场所预期4.73亿美元的利润，相差了近20个百分点。这大大动摇了投资者对于鸿海未来前景的信心。
Reporting from Foxconn’s financial #: Foxconn 2nd quarter’s net profit is only 3.78Billion USD, compared to last years’ 2nd quarter of 4.96Billion USD, there’s a decrease of 24%. Moreover 3.78Billion USD net profit compare to market expectation of 4.73B USD net profit, with a difference of 20%. This had greatly impacted investors’ confidence to Foxconn’s future.
另外，鸿海在第二季度的营收大约为99.6亿美元，同比增长幅度为18%，创下近3年来其季度营收增长幅度最小的纪录。因此郭台铭提出了“降低库存、应收账款和闲置资产规模”等几大措施，以增强国际资本市场的信心，而最重要的一条就是大幅裁员。
Also, Foxconn’s 2nd quarter’s revenue of 99.6billion USD, with a increase of 18% compare to last year had recorded the lowest incremental from the last 3 years. Therefore Terry Guo had announced to: “lower inventory, collect all overdue payment, on hold expansion scale” and few other major actions to increase international capital market’s trust and the most important one is to having a massive lay off.

实际上，国际资本并非单纯对于鸿海业绩下滑造成信心有所动摇，而是全球经济放缓，对于整个电子加工业前景不明朗的担心。从目前来看，已到了“风声鹤唳”的阶段。
Actually, international capital did not only lose confidence on Foxconn’s revenue decreasing, but to world wide economic slowness and to overall EMS industry noncommittal worry.
之前，鸿海最大客户之一戴尔公布的第二季财报不佳，投资者担心戴尔业务萎缩将直接导致代工厂收入大幅下降，鸿海股价当即跌停。

分析认为，由于鸿海处于整个电子产品供应的下游，因此上游企业一有风吹草动，鸿海就会受影响。且这种担心将随着国际经济形势的不明朗，被股票市场所放大，这将严重影响鸿海的股价，导致资本供血不足。不过好在苹果iPhone手机、微软Xbox360游戏机等新锐电子产品在全球大卖，使得代工制造的鸿海下半年的业绩还不至于成指数型下滑。
Analysis believe, because Foxconn is positioning at major supplier of almost all electronic product, thus if any sign of disturbance at retail channel there will be an impact to Foxconn.

大幅裁员出逃新兴市场

由于鸿海最大的生产基地设在中国内地，因此裁员打击面最大的必将是中国内地的员工。
Because of Foxconn’s biggest manufacturing site is locate at mainland china, thus the biggest impact of lay off must be mainland China labor.
　　实际上，鸿海早就把利润减少，营收增长缓慢的重要原因归咎于人力成本的上升。由于中国内地新劳动法的实施，劳动力成本有所增高。但鸿海“裁员7万”恐怕所造成的社会负面影响将直接冲击其声誉，甚至会引发恐慌效应。
实际上，要在内地大幅裁员的同时，郭台铭也准备把资本投向成本更低的新兴市场。
At same time of laid off in China,  Guo Tai Min( Terry Guo)  had also prepare to invest at lower cost’s newly develop market.
上月鸿海宣布，计划将对越南投资额提高4倍至50亿美元。该项投资可以为越南创造大约30万个就业机会——这几乎是鸿海在中国内地雇员的3/5。显然，人力成本更低的越南对追求利润的郭台铭吸引力日渐增强。
Last month Foxconn announce, plan to increase investment in Vietnam by 4 times to 5 billion USD. This investment can create 300,000 job opportunity to Vietnam – this is about 3/5 of labor from Foxconn China.  Obviously, lower labor cost in Vietnam is more attractive to Guo.
　　但分析人士依旧担心，裁员和转移投资能否让郭台铭过上舒服日子。转移投资重新建厂需要时间，远水解不了近渴，而鸿海即便能够承担大幅裁员的社会负面效应，也难以全面缓解投资人的信心。

就在郭台铭表示要大幅裁员的同时，全球最大的网购企业eBay昨日也宣布，将在全球大幅裁员10%。这让人感受到大幅裁员的寒风不仅侵袭了依靠投资和成本取胜的传统电子制造业，而具有虚拟经济特点的互联网也难逃此劫数。

　　eBay计划裁掉1000名全职人员及数百名临时工。这对于雇员相对较少的互联网行业可谓不能承受。eBay中国表示，现在无法透露中国区具体裁员的数字。eBay大幅裁员仍难以阻止其股票的下跌，其股票还是创下了5年来的新低。
　　一天之中，全球电子制造业的头号巨头，及电子商务方面持牛耳者，纷纷宣布要以大幅裁员来解脱现在的行业困境，这让人感受到整个IT行业目前面临的严重危机。分析认为，整个IT产业的黄金时代已终结，现在整个行业面临的任务，是尽可能减少裁员等一系列措施对社会层面的冲击。商报记者罗添
