Salaries and Promotions

With respect to employees in Asia, Corporate’s expectation is that a salary freeze will be applied to the annual review scheduled for July 2009 and that promotional increase will also be frozen, effective immediately. A decision to freeze both salaries and promotional increases was already announced in the US and EMEA. Salary freeze won’t apply wherever statutory requirements dictate otherwise.
